Financial Assistance - Medicaid coverage for personal care services is available for residents who are clinically and financially eligible for Medicaid (called MassHealth in Massachusetts) through the Group Adult Foster Care program. If your income and assets exceed the maximum allowed for assistance, a private pay rate is also available.

Private Rooms/Baths - Our 30 rooms are all single-occupancy with full private baths. Residents bring in their own furnishings and may decorate their room as they wish. Each room is equipped with a refrigerator.

Personal Care - Each resident will have an individual care plan detailing the resident's special needs.

Meals - Our professional food service staff prepares three home-style meals daily with special nutritional needs coordinated by our registered nurse.

24/7 Coverage - A trained staff member is in the facility twenty-four hours each day/seven days per week.

Common Living Areas - Warm and inviting common areas are located on each floor, appropriate for casual conversations, television viewing, or larger gatherings of families and friends.

Gardener at heart - Each year, some residents assist us in planting numerous gardens around the residence, while others just enjoy the weather and share their own gardening tips with us while we plant. We encourage all of our residents to participate in the same type of activities that they enjoyed when they lived in their own home. 

Activities - Our activities coordinator plans a wide range of daily special activities and events for special occasions and holidays.

Transportation - Transportation for shopping, medical appointments, and other needs is available through various community services.
