We are here to offer our residents assistance with their medical necessities, to offer encouragement with life’s challenges, to applaud their desire to maintain their independence, and to be a friend when they need comfort. We respect our resident’s desire for privacy and autonomy while constantly being mindful of their safety and well being. We encourage participation of family and friends in our residents lives, yet we maintain the greatest respect for the confidentiality of their medical and personal information. We will make decisions about our residents’ personal care plan, nutrition needs, activities and safety through our on-site resident services team, enabling the input of our residents and their families to be reflected in our daily practices.
