Assisted Living Center - Salisbury is located just off Salisbury Square in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Within walking distance is the post office, hairdresser and barbershop, a card and gift shop, convenience stores, library and town common.

Many of our residents take daily walks through the square and enjoy the independence of taking care of some of their own errands and being an active member of the community.

On one side of us is a quaint, New England farm; on the other side is Great Meadows Village - a community for senior citizens. Across the street is the Catholic Church and around the corner is the United Methodist Church.

Restaurants, banks, markets and department stores can be found in almost any direction within a few miles.

When family and friends visit, there are many places to venture off to within a five mile radius. Just a couple of miles down the road is Salisbury Beach, one of the few remaining traditional seaside centers with activities for all age groups. A few miles in the other direction is beautiful, historic Newburyport, and the New Hampshire seacoast.

• Take exit 55E - Salisbury onto Route 110
• Go straight (through 2 sets of lights) for 3 miles
• At 3rd set of lights, go left onto Route 1 & 1A (towards Salisbury Beach) 2/10 mile
• After you pass the Getty station in Salisbury Square, go right onto Route 1A north towards Salisbury Beach
• The Assisted Living Center is on your left (2/10 mile from the square)

• Take exit 60 - Salisbury onto Route 286
• Go straight through 3 sets of lights
• At the next set of lights (in Salisbury Square) go left onto Route 1A towards Salisbury Beach
• The Assisted Living Center is on your left (2/10 mile from the square)

Look for the our sign on your left at 19 Beach Road (light gray building with blue shutters). The entrance to the administrative offices is under the white awning. The walk-in and wheelchair entrance for visitors to our residents is at the back of the building, conveniently located adjacent to the parking lot.
